Cancellation Policy

By scheduling your service, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Communication Consent (SMS) By providing your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive SMS messages from us regarding your appointment, service updates, and billing. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP." 2. Payment for Testing Payment is due in full upon completion of the backflow assembly test. Please note that payment is required regardless of whether the assembly passes or fails. Our fee covers the professional labor and certified equipment required to perform the diagnostic test. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling We value our technicians' time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via email at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. 4. Reporting of Results To ensure administrative efficiency: Release of Records: Test results will not be forwarded to the customer or the water purveyor until full payment has been received. Compliance Notification: In accordance with local regulations, if an assembly fails the test, the water purveyor will be notified of the failure on the same business day to ensure the safety of the water supply.
